Mille Resort Roma Slip Dress Ruffle Hem Midi Dress Black Organic Cotton Size XXS

Beautiful slip dress with ruffle hemline. Soft organic cotton. Note, the dress has been altered slightly; there was an elastic hem on the back of the dress which was cut and resewn (pictured). The FIT is the same, but the back is no longer elastic (which I found to be itchy and annoying).
