Milly For Design Nation - Blue/White Striped Collar Dress - Sleeveless- Size 6

I didn’t notice until I started taking pictures that the bottom white stripes are not as white as the top and have a faded blue hue to them. I’m not sure if that’s by design or from someone washing the dress the wrong way. I took pictures to try and show case it the best way. Not super noticeable unless you are looking right at it. Has belt loops but does NOT come with belt.
