This dress screams PARTY! It is made of bright gold/chocolate brown silk and metallic fabric and fully lined in a dark plum polyester. It has a gathered waistband and a hook closure at the neckband with a side invisible zipper. When worn it looks like a dress but is actually wide culottes!
