Milly Liv Pleated Floral Belted Dress

EUC! Worn once in Hawaii for an event - it is definitely a bright colored dress with a tropical look and feel! The side stitching where the belt loops through is a bit stretched out but belt can still go through and be tightened. This can be easily fixed by a tailor if preferred. This is a style you can no longer find! I have tags detached w it.
