Milly mock-neck shift dress navy/pattern. Top is thick stretchy navy material and has full zip down the back. Bottom is gorgeous shift skirt in a paisley type pattern with navy, white and green. Bought it on sale and it was missing the belt - still has belt loops. I used a navy belt or brown belt with the dress - perfect for the office or work events. Size 4, true to size, no stretch in bottom half
