Milly of New York Dress

An Original Milly of New York empire waist polka dot dress. Rich dark brown background with slightly off-white circles. Size 8. Excellent condition. One small flaw noticed and pictured - in white there is a haze of a slightly blue color -only seen at bottom on back as pictured. Not noticeable and may be able to be removed. I haven't tried at all. made in the USA 100% cotton with acetate lining measurements: 34.5" top to bottom, 18" across bust laying flat
