Milly of New York Dual Color Dress with Matching Belt

Thrifted this from It’s a Wrap in Burbank, CA, where all items had a past life as a costume in a film or tv show (there’s a name sharpied on the tag for this reason). Only worn once since I purchased. There is a brad missing on the belt (pictured).
