Milly shift dress 4 but tailored to be like a 2

It makes me so sad to sell this special dress, but I never wear it because it’s just a bit too short for me. I’ve worn it a few times with tights. It’s flawless and has been tapered to fit a size 2 with size 4 shoulders. It’s not at all fitted, yet with the more flattering taper it’s not so boxy. Will need a slip. Fits exactly like the white dress in the stock photo.
