Milly silk-like tank dress

I love this dress so much and hate to part with it! It hits just above the knee and looks great with boots or sandals. Ribbon accent with peter pan collar. Zipper in the back with small opening at upper back. Only worn once or twice -- I never could lose the weight for it to fit! Size 8 but runs small.
