This dress is stunning and buttery soft! It is made of the typical jersey material that Milly uses. It has just enough stretch to it to fit perfectly and maintain its shape. I have seen the top worn two ways. You can have the rope tie around your neck with it crossing over your chest or you can wear it the way I have pictured it with it double looped in the back.
