This is a Purple peplum cap sleeved PU (synthetic made made material) overlay top with open style hem on the bottom and sleeves. Floral Eyelet design throughout. Zippered back closure. Hand Wash Only. Measurements are: Waist 14 1/2in Length from Shoulder to hem: 24 1/2in Has some stretch but not much Good used condition with no visible signs of wear. Has a storage smell to it.
