Mine ( Made in India) 70% Cotton, 30% Polyester with Rufffles, Lace, buttons, and Tie back. Flows nicely and has a light gauzy feel to the material. It has an umpire or babydoll waist, so it's very flattering and comfortable to wear. I have never ironed or put it in the dryer, although it says that you can.
