Mini Black Dress, size med. w/ small knot & keyhole on front and built-in shorts

Got from Windsor to wear as my Homecoming dress a few years ago. Size medium, I measured the waist at abt 28in and the skirt length at 17in (starting at btm of triangle keyhole), I do remember it being a shorter dress and sitting a big higher up on the thigh, but it’s got built in black shorts underneath which are helpful!
