Made with a soft sweatshirt cotton top and a flared 2 tiered bottom, it is perfect for both school time and play time. The upper part is 80% cotton and 20% polyester, while the skirt and lining are 100% cotton. It falls above the knee and is in excellent condition (it was only worn once).
