@nikdoo79 hi! Sorry about the delayed reply! My skirts come in two sizes: size small fits sizes 2-8 and size medium fits sizes 8-14. So size 2 and size 4 are the same skirt, it’s a size small. The size of the elastic waistband of the size small skirt is 11.8 inches or 30 centimeters (unstreched). Let me know if you have any other questions. Have a lovely day!
