Mini Cocktail dress - long sleeves

Super flattery dress. The material is high quality and very comfortable. The label says size 8 but it's European size and I think it's a 4 or small 6. My measurement: Waist 28 Hip 37.5 Bust 34. Bra size:34 A or 32B. The dress fits me pretty well but it is on the short side. It's about just covering my butt so I can't really bent over in public. I'm 5'7".
