Mini Dress or Tunic Blue Animal Print

This can be worn as a tunic top or as a mini dress. The hem has a sexy design. It billows slightly and it has elastic on the lower layer. It has a raw edge on the hemline. It is in clean condition, but I leave it up to the new owner to wash if needed.
