Mini Lace Sheer Dress

This navy blue dress is lace with a tan underlay. It also has bell sleeves that come down the arm midway. It has a clasp in the back but no zipper. It has a small pull in the front (pictured). Only worn twice. Purchased at Bloomingdale’s.
