Mini Skirt With Pockets!!!

This is super super cute omg its just too short on me and i never ever wear it. Like i think ive worn it once. I think i got it from wet seal years and years ago when they didnt just do plus size clothing. Its stretchy and has cute lil pockets. I think its supposed to be worn on the waist. Honestly probably a little kids skirt which makes it even cuter
