Mini burgundy dress velour lightweight flower

This dress is NWT and was purchased from a boutique without being tried on…it doesn’t fit my chest so it was never worn. It is very cute and would look great with tall boots or leggings and booties. Whatever your preference, it is a really great piece with fabulous colors and details.
