Mini dress by Enfocus Studios in petite

Dress with a white flowy top and an indigo blue (with flower patterns)pencil like skirt on bottom. It is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, so it is very stretchy and comfortable. Used another picture for reference of what it looks when worn. This is a petite dress.
