Mini dress with elastic at the waist that looks like a wrap dress but it's not

This dress is new from a very clean, non-smoking home. I'm 5'3" and weigh 124 pounds and the top feels a little snug because I wear a size 34d bra. That's why I have decided to sell it. As long as you're a petite woman with a C cup or smaller this will look great! I do love the material because it's very hot where I live and this material breathes.
