Mini dress/long shirt

This is a white dress. Has some intricate designs on it. Colors ranging from turquoise, pink, yellow, black, orange, and dark yellow. This dress/long shirtis longer in the back and shorter in the front. I am 5'4 and this dress is a little shorter than mid thigh on me. Breathable material and super light weight! Only worn once. The sleeves are puffy and tighter around wrist. And has tassels by the wrist.
