Mini plaid skirt

Reworked black and white plaid school girl mini skirt. High waisted, plaid skirt reworked from a vintage maxi skirt. Cropped and hemmed with a straight stitch. Zips up the back. Skirt has 4 small, subtle belt loops around the waist. Length: 16” Waist: 13” Hips: 17” All measurements taken while laying flat, numbers not doubled. Model is a size 6/Medium/ 27” waist for reference.
