Mini skirt

This is a jr brand. It runs small, in my opinion. I bought this for myself. I cut the tags off & tried it on only to discover it didn’t fit It has not been worn. It is brand new, but without tags. It has 2 front pockets & a side zipper. It feels like a tweed material. I love this skirt. If it would’ve fit, I’d kept it.
