Mini striped off the shoulder dress from Romwe

Love this summer dress!! I bought this off of Romwe for a cruise a year ago but I unfortunately didn't wear it, it is a bit short so I'd recommend even wearing it as a tunic with white jeans maybe or as is if you're a bit shorter than 5"3 which is how tall I am, the top of the dress is elastic
