Minimalist Dress

Full length, scoop neck. No fit, just loose, breezy and classy as heck! Gorgeous and simplistic. Chocolate brown. Heavy weight dress but isn't hot? I think it could be silk but the tag doesn't read the material. Could fit small oversized, all the way up to large.
