Minimalist High Low Skirt (Cascading) with Train & Pockets

Light, breathable and easy to dance in (I wore for my reception). It fit perfectly and photographed just like the pictures. I'm 5'9" (without heels) and it was the perfect length, but could always be altered. I had it bustled in the back. Custom measurements (size 4): waist 26" and hips 38". Includes garment bag.
