Minkie striped blouse - made in UK

This is a light blue/soft orange/white blouse with chiffon bell sleeves. The size is "one size fits all" but typically wear a medium and it fits me. The shape of the blouse is loose fit. Material is 100% viscose. I purchased this at Top Shop in London and it's never been worn.
