Minkpink high neck, polka dot blouse with tie back

MinkPink High Neck baby pink with black polka dots blouse with high neck and tie back. Bought this from a local clothing boutique and wore a couple of times. In addition to the the back, there are two small buttons - the bottom button popped off the first time I put it on (see photo). I have the spare button and just never sewed it on because the bow tie really covers it up when you wear it! Very easy fix though. Flowy and light fabric, relaxed fit, elastic cuff sleeves, and a camisole serves as the liner. Size large that fits more like a medium, in my opinion. Smoke and pet free home. Dry cleaned.
