snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 I made us a listing so we can communicate about this project. First picture shows some purple, gray, and white dotted Minky that is currently in stock online. For the gray arrows - I’ve never seen dotted Minky with prints on it, but I did find some of the regular cuddle Minky with gray arrows (second picture). That would look cute on the back.

snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 I also added some pictures of puppy quilts I’ve made that have Minky parts. So, you can see how the Minky looks in those raw edges. Doesn’t really fray, but does curl up and still looks pretty.

aftonlinton07 @snugglestitches on what she was looking at the grey arrow was cotton I believe. I don’t know if you can mix those two types together. I do like the colors and the arrow minky. I have a pic of the blanket she sent me. How much of a price difference is it?

snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 I did see the picture. That arrow fabric does look like cotton. It is ok to mix the different types of fabrics if that is what you want. I prefer to have the odd fabric as backing, but that’s just my personal preference. I found some cow print Minky, but it was not the purple spots like in that picture. Would you be looking for the exact prints or just similar colors?

snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 I have been try to get you some prices together with the different fabric options, but the fabric website has been having issues all day and keeps not pulling stuff up for me when I look for it. I will keep trying and get those prices to you as soon as I can. Do you want it to be like the one I made you before as far as how I did the seams and the sizing?

snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 sorry just now responding. Was at my niece’s recital last night and have been busy since. I had initially found some Minky (non dotted) cow print in black. But since then, I’ve found some tie dye Dot Minky in purple and white that is similar to cow print.

snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 I added some pictures to the listing to give you an idea of what it would look like. I could not find those gray arrows on cotton print. Here’s what I would do with the quilt: For the front - the dot Minky in the first picture. For the back - the non dot Minky with the arrows. For the binding (trim around edges) - white cotton with a purple decorative stitch.

snugglestitches @aftonlinton07 If you want to have the cotton layer in the middle or not is up to you. Two layers of Minky would be pretty warm anyway so the batting would be just to make it a little poofier. For a Minky rag quilt same size as the last one I made you, prices: -With a layer of batting in the middle: $110 -With no batting: $95
