Vintage Minna Lee of Florida Made in USA 🇺🇸 Fuschia Fabric is by Lisa which was Made in Italy 🇮🇹 100% Pure Wool The skirt has vintage metal chains on the side to help you hang it. I have not seen this style on clothes. It also has a small tag to tell you which is the front side. The skirt has the elastic pinned to prevent it from going in, this could be sewed in place to your sizing. In excellent pre owned condition
