Three tiers of fringe cover the tall shaft of a flat suede boot, trimmed with whipstitching along the seams for subtle detail. • Approx. boot shaft height: 11 1/2"; 15" calf circumference. • Dark dye may transfer to lighter materials. • Suede upper and lining/synthetic sole. • By Minnetonka; imported. The fringe is a bit twisted but I think will straighten out with some ironing or use of a boot insert
