Minnetonka 3 layer fringe boots

Minnetonka 3 layer boots NWT! In the color brown. Never worn because I bought them in my size but they were too tight. These are very snug and my wide feet were not happy when I put them on the first time. These are a size 9 but would would better fit a size 8. Please also note the circumference of the calf is 13.5 which is a little snug on bigger calfs. Other than the sizing being tight, These are the BEST boots. The tassels are SO fun. You can dress these down or up depending on your plans!!
