Minnetonka Suede Ankle Boot w/ Shearling sz 10m

These are NWOT These have never been on anybody's feet. They are Suede Ankle Boots with Shearling lining.. Still in the box. Cinnamon is the color. Size 10m. My husband bought these for me and they didn't fit . I forgot about them until I found them in the top of one of the closets. LOL I know he paid about $75 for them. Note: they have a darkening spots on the edges of the soles. See the pictures. It may be Suede protector. He thinks he sprayed them, but can't remember for sure.
