Do they run small? My normal size is 7.5, wondering if I should go up a size to 8?

@darzybala I wear a 7 in Nike sneakers, but usually a 7.5-8 in heels and boots. I just tried them on again bc it’s been a while. See the last pic. They actually fit comfortably. They’re sort of narrow (I have wide feet) but they’re stretchy.
