Mint Green Strapless Dress

A mint green staples formal dress by XENIA boutique in Europe! The tag on the dress says size 8 which is about a size 2 or S in American sizes. I am 5 feet tall and athletic and this thing did wonders for me! It has Lacey flower details on the top half. The bust is padded so no need for a special bra! Worn once and in great condition!
