They are clear and some are crystals, or rhinestones. Vintage style pattern. XL. New York and co. Measurements- all except the sleeve opening were measured on a flat surface (please see photos for approximate measurements and read the following:) The sleeve opening (the 3rd from the last photo is measured around the arm), at approximately 21” around.
