Stunning silk and velvet accented dress from Mint Jodi Arnold! Sleeveless. Top of dress has accents of velvet in asymmetrical patterning and bottom has mod patterning in silk. Elasticized accent where top meets skirt which hits below chest. Size marked is 10.
