Can you please measure from top of shoulder strap down to the shortest part of hem as I'm very short and hoping the shortest length is at least 34 or 35 inches cause I have a bad scar above my knee and will buy if it's at least that length cause it will cover it. I'll be waiting for reply back. Thank you..Angela
