@roseserunian it was hard to figure out where to measure from. But what I did was measure the bottom of the bodice (the stitched section where the buttons are on the front part end) down to the lowest hanging part of a scallop. That length measured 20". I'm 5' 5" and if you would like me to put the dress on and show you where it falls on my thigh, I'd be happy to do that too.
