Mint green dress

Mint dress is semi sheer. Tank style underlay leaving it with sheer along the bottom and sleeves. Sleeves are long but have a slit all the way down the outside joined only in the middle of the slit. Has an open cutout with a cross cross on the back. Little snaps at the cuffs to hold close. Elastic at the waist. 14 inches pit to pit. 32 inches from shoulder to bottom.
