This dress has a chiffon pleated bottom, featuring a sweetheart neckline with the top covered in lace. It fits right at the waist. It is VERY long, perfect if you are tall or are wearing high heels. I had alterations done to the bottom of the dress, but it is still long. This is a Barino dress from lulus I will get measurements soon and more pictures! Feel free to ask ANY QUESTIONS!
