Mint green/Lacey bottom, strapless shirt dress.

This is a very soft and girly strapless mint green dress! Bought from Rue 21. It's only been worn one time and it is very comfortable. It is mint green and has a BEAUTIFUL white, lacy flower pattern on the bottom. It has an elastic band that goes around the top of the inside of the dress to keep from slipping. It stops about 5 inches above the knee and comes with a white, braided belt which is a size 7.
