hannah_avery @pink_dress hey Monica! Thanks for your interest! This skirt is longer and meant to sit at your natural waist, so these measurements may sound strange? But the waist is about 15-15.5" across, laying flat, where I believe it hits the widest part of the hips (it's too big for me, so I was trying to hold it up and see where that would be haha) is about 19.5 ish? Hopefully that's correct. It hits in the middle of the knee, at about 23" long from top to bottom. Hope that helps!
