sharonjane Does it function? I purchased one and got the best AAA batteries out there and it still didn't heat up!

mhuang6666 @sharonjane Hi! Yes, it’s working, and you need to put the brand new AAA batteries for it to work well. Turn it on and wait for five minutes (at least) to fully heat up and the top plastic turns completely white. 😊 Hope it helps!!

sharonjane If you are sure it is working I will make an offer .. the one I have does not heat up at all...I've tried everything.

mhuang6666 @sharonjane yes, it’s working as described above. Does your ‘ON’ light turn green after you put in new batteries and switch it to on? If not, please refer to the last photo I just uploaded. Make sure your two batteries are put in as designed. Also, those rechargeable batteries don’t work either based on my own experience because they are 1.2V. Hope it works for you! 🙏🏼
