kinleyf @thankalatte good morning. The skirt measures 15" long and 13" at waist lying flat, but its elastic, so it stretches completely. The top measures 11.5 from shoulder and 13" across bottom, but again this is lying flat and is completely adjustable because there is elastic at shoulder and bottom and ties in the back.
