Misa Los Angeles Elena Dress- Medium

I bought this in 2018 for sorority rushing. It is probably my favorite (casual) dress I’ve ever owned. Very nice designer and very flattering. This dress is handcrafted from a red print chiffon. It has a covered elastic waistband that leads into a tiered, double-edged ruffle skirt. It had long dramatic bell sleeves featuring a double-edged ruffle and is cinched at the wrist to create playful volume. A v-neckline with tassel tie detail. Lightly worn! Still had the dry tag-tag on it.
