Misguided B&W Skort

Black and white stripes wrap over skirt. Ties on the side. Zips in the back. 16” waist, 2” inseam. Lightweight and flowy. Some type of smudge on the front near tie. I’ve treated it once and it has faded about 30% but otherwise clean and in excellent condition.
