Are they true to size? I am an 8.5, would they be loose and floppy?

@lranney415 hi! Very true to size. Definitely a solid 9 though. The material is not flimsy, it holds the foot like a boot would with a strong material surrounding the foot. I think a thick sock could do the trick for the extra 1/2 inch.
